Summer
Alaska
Alaska

Alaska is one of my family’s favorite all time summer vacation destinations. We love to cruise the inside passage among the icebergs, waterfalls, and fjords while looking for marine life from our balcony. We always take the time to explore Juneau, Alaska’s capital, where the famous Mendenhall Glacier awaits us! Can you imagine taking a helicopter to the top of the glacier and dog sledding? Ziplining, kayaking, biking, hiking, whale watching, and fishing are all there in Alaska to enjoy!

Europe
Europe

Summer is a wonderful time to visit Europe! In early summer you will find fewer crowds and comfortable temperatures. Culturally rich cities and towns, delicious cuisine, history, and architecture are waiting for you! Whether you have popular destinations in mind like Rome and the Vatican, or the sparkling white dwellings with blue roof tops of Santorini you will be in awe of the world around you. Carpe diem!

Iceland
Iceland

Iceland is defined by its volcanoes, geysers, hot springs, and dramatic landscape. The Blue Lagoon is one of the most visited places in Iceland thanks to its relaxing and beautiful atmosphere and geothermal spa. In downtown Reykjavik, the nation’s capital, you will find friendly people, bars, coffee houses, restaurants, and social gatherings. Downtown Reykjavik is awash with bars, coffee houses, restaurants, and social events. Fun fact: Puffins nest in Iceland from May through mid-August. These cuties can be found along the coast throughout Iceland.

Fall Cruises
New England/Canada
New England Cruises

Fall is a fantastic time to embrace the natural beauty of fall foliage. All the rich vibrant colors and crisp air will make you feel warm and cozy inside. There are countless ways to spend your time while visiting the small towns. My favorites are browsing historic seaside villages with cobblestone streets, marveling at majestic lighthouses, and whale watching. In the mood for a more active day? Experience the season up close and personal on a bike tour or a hike. Since peak season is short, spanning from mid-September through October, I suggest you book early for best availability. There are cruises and land tours available to suit every budget.

Mediterranean
Mediterranean Cruises

Anytime is the best time to visit the Mediterranean, however, back to school time is the best time to enjoy cooler weather and smaller crowds. Cruising the Med provides incredible value as the ship transports you to many destinations and you only have to unpack once! See Venice with its magical canals and gondolas, experience the ancient Greek ruins of Mykonos, bask on the beaches of Santorini, marvel at the architecture in Barcelona, explore Dubrovnik with its medieval fortress that was featured in Game of Thrones, the options are abundant. There are many ships that depart from Rome where you can add the Vatican, the Colosseum, and the Pantheon to your stay.

Galapagos
Galapagos Islands

If you enjoy adventure and abundant wildlife, this vacation is for you! Experience one of the most unspoiled and unique ecosystems in the world. Did you know that 97% of the Galapagos Islands are a National Park and that the Galapagos Islands are volcanic and are still active? Visiting the Galapagos Islands, you can visit the famous Galapagos tortoises and swim alongside playful sea lions. Fall is a great time to visit if animals are your main interest, but if snorkeling and diving are your main interest then it is best to visit in the warm season (Dec- May). The Galapagos islands are truly a year-round once in a lifetime vacation for nature enthusiasts.

The ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao) are just off the coast of Venezuela and are known for beautiful beaches, world class dive sites and a great night life. You will always have something to do whether it’s taking advantage of the numerous diving sites, investigating legendary shipwrecks, or playing a round on the renowned golf courses.

Winter
South America/Panama Canal

Our winter months are the perfect time to head to the Southern Hemisphere. South American itineraries will amaze you with each breathtaking natural wonder. In Argentina you can visit Iguazu Falls, the largest waterfall system in the world. While adventure seekers can Zipline rainforests, others can find paradise relaxing on a beautiful beach. The culture of South America is lively and colorful. Another popular itinerary is experiencing the Panama Canal, a man-made marvel that will inspire you! Many cruises offer this itinerary from different departing ports.

Mexican Riviera
Mexican Riviera

A year-round destination, the Mexican Riviera refers to cities and towns situated on the western coast of Mexico. This area is known for picturesque oceanfront resorts and tourist attractions. One benefit of enjoying this destination in the winter months is that from December through February you can expect highs around 75-80 degrees with chilly mornings and cool evenings. December through March is the best time of year to spot whales if whale watching is a must for you! Towns like Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta have shops, bars, and restaurants to enjoy without the summer heat. Cruise prices are at their best this time of year as well.

Caribbean
